Salisbury, N.C. — Incoming winter weather has adjusted the schedules of six Catawba Athletics teams so far this weekend with more changes possible.
 
Catawba Softball postponed its season-opening doubleheader with Augusta originally scheduled  to March. Their first action of the season is now set for next Wednesday, Feb. 4 at Whitley Field versus Barton.
 
Catawba Men's Volleyball postponed its home match with Newberry originally scheduled for Saturday to a yet-to-be-determined later date. They take the court next at Goodman Arena on Wednesday, Feb. 4 versus Belmont Abbey.
 
Catawba Women's and Men's Basketball had their doubleheader at Lincoln Memorial pushed forward a day. The women will take on the Railsplitters at 2 p.m. on Friday and the men will follow.
 
Catawba Men's and Women's Track and Field will not travel to Day Two of the Bob Pollock Invitational at Clemson University on Saturday. Their involvement in the ASICS Superblast Invite at the JDL Fast Track on Sunday is up in the air.
