GREENWOOD, Ind. — Catawba College was represented by 12 student-athletes on the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District® Men's and Women's At-Large teams released at noon on Tuesday. Catawba successfully filled all available slots on the teams with six male and six female selections.
To be eligible for the CSC Academic All-America® program, student-athletes must be a sophomore academically and athletically, maintain at least a 3.50 cumulative GPA, and meet participation minimums that vary by sport (available HERE).
The At-Large division recognizes student-athletes competing in sports that do not currently have their own Academic All-America® teams. Sports included in the category that Catawba sponsors are women's beach volleyball, men's and women's golf, men's and women's lacrosse, and men's volleyball.
The men's volleyball program led the way with three honorees, followed by four teams with two and another with one. Audrey Adelsberger (women's lacrosse), Sidney Kettelkamp (beach volleyball), Allan Lockwood (men's golf), Kristian Smith (men's volleyball), and Mary Sorvillo (women's lacrosse) became repeat winners.

Antoniadis is among select student-athletes who advance to the Academic All-America® ballot. The Women's At-Large teams release on Tuesday, July 7, while the Men's At-Large teams are to be unveiled on Wednesday, July 8.
