Salisbury, N.C. — The 6th-ranked Catawba College women's tennis team rolled to a 4-0 win over Carson-Newman at home to begin their South Atlantic Conference campaign on Wednesday.

DOUBLES

- Lili Drukerova and Ami Miya cruised to a 6-1 win over C-N's #1 ranked doubles team

- Sofia Antolini and Rin Igarashi helped clinch the doubles point with a 6-1 win at #2 doubles

SINGLES

- Katya Kldiashvili picked up a quick 6-2, 6-0 win at #5 singles

- Rin Igarashi followed with a 6-2, 6-1 win at #6s

- Hanna Bougouffa helped clinch the match with a 6-3, 6-2 victory at 2nd-ranked singles

- Miya led 6-2, 3-0 at the clinch point in her #3s match

- Drukerova had won the opening set in a tiebreak at #4s
