Salisbury, N.C. —- The Catawba College men's and women's tennis teams fell at home vs Tusculum University in their home finales on Thursday in South Atlantic Conference tennis action. The Catawba women fell to 12-6 overall and 8-4 in the SAC, while the Catawba men fell to 6-13 on the year and 4-8 in league action.

The Catawba women won one of three doubles matches as Miya Ami and Alexandra Parra took home a 6-1 win in #1 doubles. Parra also won in singles play, defeating her #3 singles opponent 5-2 in abbreviated action.

Tusculum's men swept the three doubles matches and six singles matches.

The teams travel to Belmont Abbey to wrap up their regular season on Saturday.
