Salisbury, N.C. — The third-ranked Catawba College women's soccer team recorded 33 shots in its Senior Night game versus Newberry on Saturday at Frock Field, but was unable to find the back of the net in a scoreless draw.

- Catawba recorded all 10 corner kicks in the contest
- Newberry was whistled for 12 of 17 fouls and received both yellow cards

- Jenni Dähne recorded two saves in the clean sheet
- Bree Ehmer, Kate Robinson, Kylie Morin, Agnethe Vestergaard Heron each recorded two shots on goal
HOW IT HAPPENED
FIRST HALF
- The first shot on target came from Morin in the 16th minute
- Robinson tested the keeper again in the 22nd with the Wolves' keeper making the save
- Ella Matthews and Adriana Ibanez tested Newberry one more time with shots on goal before the end of the half
SECOND HALF
- A trio of shots threatened to break the scoreless tie near the 50th minute, but the Wolves made three stops including a team save
- One of Catawba's best chances came in the 74th minute when Reese Robinson's header was moved off the line for a team save
- Another near chance in the 79th minute from Ehmer sailed high
